Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of coldcalling.sg. They are written to be readable. If anything here is unclear, email hello@coldcalling.sg and we will explain it.
1. Who we are
ColdCalling.sg is an independent comparison and matching platform for AI voice and calling solutions in Singapore. We are not a vendor of those solutions and we do not build, own or resell them.
2. What this site is for
The site provides general information to help businesses understand and compare AI voice solutions, and a matching service that introduces you to a provider. Using the site does not create any professional, advisory or agency relationship between us.
3. Information is general, not advice
Everything published here is general information. It is not legal, compliance, financial or professional advice, and it does not account for your circumstances. Content about the Personal Data Protection Act, the Do Not Call Registry, calling hours and sector rules is a summary of our understanding at the review date shown on each page. Rules change. Obtain advice from a Singapore-qualified professional before relying on any of it for a live campaign.
4. Accuracy, and what to do about errors
We take care with what we publish, cite sources where we can, and date every guide. We do not warrant that everything is accurate, complete or current. Pricing ranges are illustrative estimates built on stated assumptions, not quotations, and actual provider pricing varies.
If you find something wrong, tell us. We correct errors rather than defend them.
5. The matching service
- The service is free to businesses. Providers pay to receive matched enquiries.
- By default your details are shared with one provider. Up to three only if you explicitly select that option.
- A person reviews every request. We may decline to make an introduction if nothing on our list fits.
- We do not guarantee that a provider will contact you, quote you, accept your business, or perform well.
- Any agreement you enter into is between you and that provider. We are not a party to it.
6. Providers
Commercial arrangements with providers do not influence which provider you are matched with, and we do not publish provider rankings. We assess providers against the framework published on this site. That assessment is our opinion, formed in good faith, and is not a warranty about any provider's performance.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information. A match based on wrong figures wastes your time and a provider's.
- Do not submit anyone else's personal data without their permission.
- Do not use the site to scrape content, probe for vulnerabilities, or submit automated or fraudulent enquiries.
- You remain responsible for your own compliance with the PDPA and any sector rules that apply to you.
8. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including the evaluation framework, comparison tables and guides, belongs to ColdCalling.sg. You may read it, print it and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own.
9. External links
We link to regulators, industry bodies and other sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. Links are not endorsements.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from any dealings with a provider we introduced, including lost profits, lost business or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The review date below shows when they last changed. Material changes will not apply retrospectively to enquiries already submitted.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
