Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ColdCalling.sg does with your personal data, who we share it with, and the choices you control. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
The short version. We collect what you type into our matching form. We use it to work out which provider suits you. We pass it to one provider, unless you explicitly choose to compare up to three. We never sell your details to a general list. Marketing emails are a separate, optional tick that you can decline and still use the service.
1. Who we are
ColdCalling.sg is an independent comparison and matching platform for AI voice and calling solutions in Singapore. We are not an AI voice vendor. We do not build, own or resell the solutions listed on this site.
For any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact our Data Protection Officer at hello@coldcalling.sg.
2. What we collect
When you complete the matching form, we collect:
- Contact details: your name, email address, mobile number, and your company or agency if you give one.
- Requirement details: your industry, what you need AI calling for, whether calls are inbound or outbound, your approximate monthly volume, the languages you need, your budget range, your timeline, and your role in the decision.
- Anything you type into the optional notes field.
We also record automatically:
- The page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
- Your IP address and the time of submission, used to prevent automated abuse of the form.
We ask only for information that materially helps us match you. We do not ask for identification numbers, financial details or any sensitive personal data, and you should not put any into the notes field.
3. Why we use it
- To understand your requirement and decide which provider fits it.
- To introduce you to that provider, or to up to three providers if you chose that option.
- To contact you about your request, including to check details before we pass anything on.
- To understand which industries and use cases we are able to help with, so we can improve the service.
- To send you occasional guides, but only if you separately opted in.
4. Who we share it with, and how much control you have
This is the part that matters most, so it is set out in full.
| Your choice on the form | What we do |
|---|---|
| Match me with the single best-fit provider (default) | We review your requirement and share your details with one provider only. Nobody else receives them. |
| Let me compare up to three providers | We share your details with up to three selected providers. This only happens because you actively chose it. |
A person at ColdCalling.sg reviews every request before anything is shared. Nothing is forwarded automatically. If no provider on our list is a good fit for what you need, we will tell you that instead of passing your details to someone unsuitable.
Providers who receive your details are separate organisations. Once your details reach them, their own privacy policy governs what they do with your data. We tell them your enquiry is for the purpose you described, and nothing else.
We do not:
- Sell your details to a general marketing list.
- Share your details with more providers than you agreed to.
- Pass your details to anyone unrelated to your enquiry.
- Use pre-ticked consent boxes.
5. Marketing is separate and always optional
The consent you give so that we can act on your request is separate from consent to receive marketing. The marketing box is not ticked by default, and declining it does not affect your request in any way. If you do opt in, every email includes an unsubscribe link.
6. Calls you may receive
If you ask to be matched, you are asking to be contacted, so the provider we introduce you to may call, email or message you about your enquiry. That contact is made by them, not by us.
Registering a Singapore number on the Do Not Call Registry does not prevent contact you have specifically requested, because you have given clear and unambiguous consent by submitting the form. If you would rather not be called, tell us in the notes field and we will pass that on, or ask the provider directly to stop.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: kept for up to 24 months, so we can help if you come back, and so we can understand which enquiries we served well.
- Marketing contacts: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Abuse-prevention records such as IP addresses: kept for up to 12 months.
We delete or anonymise personal data once it is no longer needed for these purposes.
8. Your rights under the PDPA
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may:
- Ask what we hold about you and how we have used it.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. Note that if you withdraw consent before we have introduced you, we will not be able to complete your request.
- Ask us to delete your details, subject to any records we are required to keep.
Email hello@coldcalling.sg and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. If we cannot act on a request, we will explain why.
If your details have already been shared with a provider, ask them directly as well, since they hold their own copy and control it independently of us.
9. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted to our own server, not to a third-party form service. Access to enquiry records is limited to people who need it to run the matching service. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
10. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We use your browser's session storage to remember your answers while you are filling in the form, so that you do not lose them if you go back a step. That data stays on your device and is cleared when you finish or close the tab.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. Where analytics is in use, it is limited to aggregate measurement and is not used to build a profile of you.
11. Children
This is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the review date below. Material changes to how we share your data will not be applied retrospectively to enquiries already submitted.
