Guides for buyers, not for vendors

These are written to be useful before you buy anything, including from anyone we would introduce you to. Where we do not know something, we say so. Where a figure comes from a source, we name it and date it.

Three principles run through all of it. We do not publish statistics we cannot source. We separate what Singapore law requires from what the industry merely expects. And we say what each solution does badly, not only what it does well. More on how we work and how we are paid, including where our own information is still weak.

If you are early in this and want the short version, read these three in order.

  1. PDPA and the Do Not Call Registry, because compliance decides whether the project is possible at all.
  2. How to choose a provider, because it tells you what to test rather than what to read.
  3. What it costs, because the answer depends on connected minutes rather than list size.

Ready to talk to a provider?

When you have read enough, tell us what you need. We assess the requirement against the same framework these guides describe.
